Shipping and Returns
We offer free shipping on orders of +$100. Orders under $100 will be charged $12.
We offer free shipping on orders of +$200. Order under $200 will be charged $18.

We welcome any orders from countries other than Canada or the US. Freight charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the shipping container and the shipping destination. Please contact us by e-mail with the item you want to order and your shipping address and we'll be happy to let you know the freight charges before placing your order.
How Do We Ship?
We use either Fedex or Canada Post/ US Postal Service. Once your order has been shipped, we will e-mail you the shipping carrier and tracking number so you can track your package.
How Long Does It Take To Get My Order?
We typically ship orders out within 5-7 business days. Depending on where you live, transit time for the parcel can vary from 2-9 business days from the shipment date. If your "Due Date" is around the corner, please include a comment with your order and we will do our very best to rush your order!
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item in new condition for a refund. The following policies apply to returns:
- Goods must be sent in original packaging with all pieces in tack and must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of goods.
- Once returned goods are inspected and it is determined that the goods have not been used or washed, a refund will be given for the item(s). There is no restocking fee, we just ask that you pay the freight to return the item(s) to us. For orders being returned from the US, the goods must be returned by Post Mail and not by courier.
- Before returning merchandise, please obtain return authorization by e-mailing us. Any goods returned without prior authorization will be refused.
- Allow 7-14 working days for your refund to show on your credit card statement.
- Items in CLEARANCE and FABRICS are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Any discounts given to an order will be reversed if the total of the remaining items fall below the minimum amount required to get that discount. Call our office for further clarification.
If there is a mistake in your order or if your goods were received damaged, please contact us immediately.
Unfortunately, if a shipment is refused, the customer will be billed for shipping and handling charges incurred by Sweet Kyla.
