    To start you on this path, consider the following list of eight superfoods for a healthy pregnancy. Remember though, it’s important to consume these foods in moderation.

    Flax Seeds

It is important to pay extra attention to omega-3 fats, since the main source of them—seafood—is limited during pregnancy.     Eggs

    Eggs are an excellent source of protein, amino acids, and omega-3 fatty acids, as well as numerous vitamins and minerals.
